This hanging dish towel was inspired by some hand embroidered linens my grandmother did many years ago. The small, time consuming stitches and detail put into her designs still amazes me. As with all of our designs, we used linen for the embroidery fabric. The butterfly was done in shades of brown and gold.  We finished the design by adding 2 green towels.
